This position will develop and update contractor oversight policies and controls related to MID to HIGH Level Contractors based upon leading industry practices and business unit feedback. This individual will coordinate any enhancements to polices, standards, procedures and templates through a means of prioritization in partnership with business units.


This role will support as needed internal compliance reviews/verification within the business units the applicable policies, standards, procedures, etc. have been implemented.


Duties and Responsiblities

  • Develop and update standard work documentation

  • Strategize additional business unit transition and adoption

  • Compliance reviews and verifications

  • Benchmarking leading practices for Contractor Oversight

  • Comprehension and application of CSI (Construction Specification Institute) methodology

  • Leading cross functional teams and audiences including facilitation and presentation

  • Application of appropriate controls (preventative, detective & monitoring)



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or applicable field (less than bachelor’s degree may be acceptable if accompanied with extensive Company experience in positions that demonstrated required abilities).

  • 4+ years of experience of process improvement or related fields.

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities; strategic and creative while demonstrating strong analytical and facilitation skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management in Contruction Field or related areas

  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred

This position will require a minimum of 40 hours per week spent in an office and/or remote. May require 1-2 days a month travel to one of our CE locations.
